Wound Care PA/NP – Flexible Schedule | $105k–$160k | Southern Colorado (Pueblo + Colorado Springs) at Medfamily Wellcare Center

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with strong wound care skills to join our mobile wound care team in Southern Colorado (Pueblo + Colorado Springs).

• Enjoy a flexible schedule (part-time, full-time, or gradual build-up) with autonomous, rewarding clinical work.
• Manage 6–15 patients daily, performing wound assessments, debridement, advanced procedures, and developing treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with facilities, families, and home health partners, documenting visits independently.
• Requires 2+ years of experience, preferably in wound care, and reliable transportation.
