We are looking for a Project Administrator/Accounting Assistant for our corporate office in Everett.

A qualified candidate must be highly organized, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. In this position you will provide support to multiple engineering groups.

Typical Duties Include

  • Administration of contracts for clients and subconsultants
  • Invoicing
  • Document editing
  • Preparation of special project reporting
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements For This Position

  • 5 years accounting or administrative experience, preferably in the A/E industry
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient use of Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills
  • Deadline driven
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Preferred Experience For This Position

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field of study
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint software
