The Opportunity: This isn’t your typical number-crunching role. As our Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be the financial pulse of our real estate operations, translating complex data into actionable intelligence that guides our C-suite and equity partners. You’ll own the analytical narrative behind our fund and community performance, becoming the go-to expert who bridges operational realities with financial strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Asset Intelligence (Your Analytical Playground)

• Lead high-impact P&L discussions with field teams, extracting critical “boots on the ground” insights that numbers alone can’t reveal
• Dissect budget vs. actual variances and operational trends, transforming data into compelling performance narratives for individual communities
• Become the trusted advisor who connects the dots between field operations, accounting data, and executive decision-making

• Architect and elevate reporting deliverables for our executive team and equity partners, ensuring your insights drive strategic conversations
• Own the end-to-end creation of mission-critical asset reports, where your analytical precision meets executive communication

• Mastermind our annual operational budgeting process and forecast updates, building models that become the foundation of our financial planning

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field
• Experience: 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally within real estate or investment management
• Technical Mastery: Excel wizard with advanced modeling capabilities; PowerBI or similar BI tools experience will set you apart
• Analytical Prowess: Proven ability to mine large datasets for actionable insights and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations
• Real Estate Acumen: Understanding of real estate finance fundamentals preferred – we’ll value your industry-specific knowledge
