Join Our Team as a Payroll Specialist!

Looking for a role where your attention to detail actually makes a difference? Join our team as a Payroll Specialist and help keep our payroll on point, supporting the team and keeping everything organized behind the scenes.

What You'll Get To Do

• Learn all aspects of our payroll processes for both clients and staff.
• Enter and review new employee information and timesheets, ensuring everything is accurate.
• Respond to questions about payroll, PTO balances, pay rates, and more—your attention to detail will make a real difference.
• Help compile payroll reports and maintain organized files, both digital and physical.
• Pitch in with other payroll and office tasks as needed.
  
  

Schedule & Pay

Job Type: Full-time Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Pay range $20.00 to $25.00 depending on experience

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Prefer advanced accounting course work.
• One (1) year experience working in a business office atmosphere required.
• One (1) year high volume (300 + employees) in-house payroll experience preferred.
• Must have solid mathematical skills, advanced computer literacy and utilization of various Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and general clerical duties required.
  
  

Other Requirements: Must have own reliable transportation, valid NM driver’s license, agency insurable driving record and proof of current liability insurance. Must be able sit, perform keyboarding functions, and utilize a calculator continually. Must be able to stand, walk, bend stoop, and reach above shoulders frequently.
