Job Summary

DDC 4C is seeking a Forestry Technician to join our team to provide environmental compliance consultation and management services in the development and implementation of environmental compliance programs.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

The Forestry Technician will perform brush clearing, prescribed burning, mastication, pre-commercial thinning, and herbicide application to improve and enhance forest habitat.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)

  • Background check for base access will be required for role.
  • Must obtain burning certificates and herbicide applicator’s license within six (6) months of being hired.
  • Candidate must have a valid state driver’s license and Real ID.
  • Equipment operations may be required with safety training. All training will be provided at company expense.
