Campus Services Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD at Crossover

This is far from a conventional admissions position. You won't find yourself confined to desk work distributing templated correspondence or buried in administrative monotony. You'll conduct impactful family tours, establish rapport with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a tailored, seamless admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll guarantee that our campus remains secure, compliant, and perpetually prepared to receive students and families with assurance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting personalized, conversion-focused family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational approach.
• Implementing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline.
• Maintaining strict safety and safeguarding standards to establish a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
• Supervising comprehensive facilities management, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor liaison, and repair coordination.
• Regularly evaluating data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.

Campus Services Manager Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver a seamless, high-impact admissions experience while sustaining a secure, operationally excellent campus environment, allowing Alpha to expand and fulfill its commitments to families.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
• 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
• Experience working with children/students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
