The Reporting Analyst will play a key role in generating, analyzing, and interpreting data to support operational decision-making, performance monitoring, and process improvement across the Operations division. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a keen understanding of healthcare utilization trends, and the ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What Will You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent business experience.
- 3-6 years of data analytics experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel, or similar analytic platforms.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider models, especially Home Health operations and Utilization Management workflows.
- Experience with cloud-based data environments and large-scale data extraction and transformation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data in an accessible way.
- Experience with project documentation, gap analysis, and source-to-target mapping.
