How You Make An Impact
The Sr. Financial Analyst provides financial planning, analyses, reporting, and interprets financial data to advise and support strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives. This role utilizes financial modeling and analytic tools to measure and forecast the impact of various scenarios and business changes. This role tracks variances between financial projections and actual results to identify and troubleshoot differences and recommend adjustments or improvements. This position will provide leadership of small groups during certain work projects. This role partners with business leaders to deliver insights on performance, optimize resource allocation, and enhance decision-making. Key responsibilities include forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and financial modeling to drive operational efficiency and growth.

What Success Looks Like
- Lead company-wide planning and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and scenario modeling to inform business decisions.
- Analyze financial data and trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Serve as Finance Business Partner for assigned business units and corporate cost centers.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and reports for automation and efficiency.
- Evaluate and improve expense allocation methodologies for manufacturing and corporate functions.
- Administer financial systems (Planful) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support business initiatives.]
- Collaborate with Business Operations and Accounting teams on KPI reporting and special projects.
- Participate in strategic initiatives such as cost optimization and ERP/financial system enhancements.
What You Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience; manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making skills with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Macros/VBA) and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Oracle or SAP; experience with MS Access, SQL, BI tools, or AI productivity tools a plus
