Cravings Cafe Vocational Program
TILL Inc.’s Cravings Cafe is a vocational program that supports adults with intellectual disabilities by providing meaningful, creative, and skill-building work opportunities. We are committed to fostering independence, creativity, and inclusion in a supportive environment. Cravings Cafe is seeking a creative, talented, and artistic individual to join our team as an Artisan. The Artisan will support vocational programming through hands-on creative projects, working with participants to produce high-quality handcrafted items using a variety of materials.
Full time position! Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
$21/hr

Essential Job Functions
- Create and assist with projects using multiple artistic mediums, including woodworking, painting, and general crafts
- Follow and adapt tutorials to develop engaging, accessible projects
- Safely and effectively operate and maintain a Cricut Maker
- Support and guide adults with intellectual disabilities in a vocational setting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with program staff to develop creative and marketable products
- Experience working with a variety of artistic mediums (woodworking, painting, crafts, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Cricut Maker and related design tools
- Ability to follow tutorials and translate them into practical projects
- Creative, patient, and adaptable teaching style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
