About The Role
We are seeing an experienced manufacturing technician who will be responsible for all aspects of building prototypes and production devices. The ideal candidate has experience in soldering and general assembly of medical devices. This position is full time, on-site in Danbury, CT.

About The Role
We are seeing an experienced manufacturing technician who will be responsible for all aspects of building prototypes and production devices. The ideal candidate has experience in soldering and general assembly of medical devices. This position is full time, on-site in Danbury, CT.
Responsibilities
- Building prototypes in quantities to support company wide development
- Building production devices
- Daily management of the production line overseeing additional support technicians as volumes increase
- Support development and implement test equipment for production
- Support development and implement test plans for production
- Develop and implement SOP documentation for mass production
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- High-school diploma, associates degree or equivalent preferred
- Hands-on experience in soldering (wires not SMT)
- Proficiency in working with small device assembly
- Ability to work independently
- High work ethics, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable in fast moving startup environment
- Experience working with medical devices
- Basic programming skills
- Solid modeling skills
- Assembly line management experience
