Position Purpose

The Scrum Master serves as a servant-leader and Agile coach for GreenPath’s technical teams, enabling the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions that support the organization’s mission and strategic initiatives. This role champions Agile values and principles, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and empowered team environment. The Scrum Master works closely with Product Owners, Technical Project Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies Across Technical Teams: Lead daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Backlog and Sprint Management: Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Project Managers to maintain a well-groomed backlog
• Team Coaching and Agile Enablement: Promote Agile best practices and Scrum values
• Impediment Removal and Risk Mitigation: Identify and remove blockers
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery trends
• Cross-Team Coordination: Align sprint schedules and deliverables across multiple technical teams
• Tool Stewardship: Maintain and optimize Azure DevOps Boards for sprint tracking and reporting
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical or software development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
• Experience using Azure DevOps Boards
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple sprint cadences and team dynamics
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent
• Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
• Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile metrics and coaching teams through maturity
