Position Summary
Provides global marketing administrative support to the VP, Marketing, and the entire Marketing department, which includes various administrative duties, generating reports, analyzing market data, managing purchasing, inventory and shipping, process documentation, supporting marketing campaigns / efforts as requested and all other duties.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Provide global Marketing administrative support to the Marketing leadership, Specialists, and senior leadership, including T&E expense reporting and management.
- Coordinate all purchasing, vendor sourcing and management in partnership with Procurement and the areas.
- Manage Embraer's online merchandising store for the Executive Jets division, including:
- Oversight and management of the online store vendor
- Inventory control and reporting for online merchandise and promotional materials
- Coordination of all aspects of promo material support, ensuring alignment with executive jets marketing initiatives
- Support marketing team with mailing efforts related to marketing campaigns and/or events.
- Manage local inventory of giveaways and collateral material.
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) to support marketing efforts as needed.
- Support management of department budget / cost center, reconciling finances and invoices on monthly basis.
- Generate reports in support of analyzing marketing performance, market data and all other reports as requested.
- Work closely with areas such as Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Strategy, Flight Operations and Finance.
- Plan and manage internal department meetings and trainings, acting as the focal point for the Marketing team and liaison with other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Excellent communicator, thorough, yet able to demonstrate the ability of translating high, complex processes in an effective way.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience providing administrative support to C-Suite level.
- Analytical skill set to generate reports related to marketing performance.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an Administrative, Sales or Marketing role.
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
- Employees will be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations.
- Some travel will be required to support sales events.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
