Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Oversee month-end and year-end close procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
