Your role in our mission

Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important key areas.

• Responsible for reconciling, and designating Drug Rebate payments in the Drug Rebate system at the National Drug Code level
• Research and respond to DHCS and drug manufacturer inquiries via email
• Track incoming manufacturer documentation
• Mail invoices and late payment notice letters
• Complete daily status reporting of work performed
• Handle company confidential data according to policy and guidelines
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of accounting experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organization skills to balance and prioritize work – attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools including Microsoft Excel skills
• Good communication skills
  
  

What You Should Expect In This Role

• On-site in West Sacramento, CA
• Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews.

The pay range for this position is $44,200.00 - $63,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
