Veterinary Assistant

We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience who is passionate about patient care, teamwork, and building meaningful relationships with pets and the people who love them.

You’ll work closely with our doctors and technicians, helping create a calm, supportive environment where pets feel safe and clients feel heard. How You’ll Make a Difference

• Support our DVMs during appointments, surgeries, and minor procedures
• Prepare patients with gentle care and proactively set up for procedures and diagnostics
• Safely and compassionately restrain animals
• Draw blood samples and place IV catheters with confidence and care
• Obtain accurate vitals and medical histories
• Collect and prepare laboratory samples (fecal, urine, ear cytology, etc.)
• Care for and maintain medical equipment that supports our daily work
• Communicate warmly and clearly with clients, keeping them informed and reassured
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant or Technician
• A calm, caring approach to animal handling
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way
