Job description/Responsibilities: Job Type: Full-time (1.0) Pay: $52.00 - $70.00 per hour At St. Rose Hospital, now affiliated with Alameda Health System (AHS), we have an exciting role for our next STEMI Nurse Coordinator. Summary In collaboration with the Director of Quality/Performance Improvement and Cardiovascular Services leadership, the STEMI RN Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, integrating, and supporting the hospital?s STEMI program as their primary area of responsibility, while also contributing to additional quality, regulatory, and performance improvement initiatives as assigned. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Serve as the primary coordinator and subject matter expert for the hospital?s STEMI program as the designated SRC for the Hayward region. * Coordinate STEMI program activities to ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, State, and other regulatory and accreditation requirements. * Conduct detailed chart reviews and data abstraction for STEMI cases, CMS Core Measures, and other cardiovascular quality indicators. * Monitor, trend, analyze, and report STEMI performance metrics, including door-to-balloon times and other key indicators. * Collaborate with Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Cardiology, EMS, Nursing Leadership, and Medical Staff to support timely, evidence-based STEMI care.

Required Qualification: Education, Experience, and Training * Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field preferred. * Current California RN license required. * BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. **No Referrals or Candidates Accepted from Recruiters or Agencies.
