Volt is immediately hiring Event Coordinator in Glendale, CA.

As an Event Coordinator, you will:

• The Event Coordinator provides essential support to the event producers of the D23: The Ultimate Event throughout all phases of planning and execution.

• This role assists with project coordination, event logistics, production workflows, scheduling, tracking documentation, and cross-functional communication.

• The coordinator helps ensure planning materials are accurate and up to date, supports vendor and partner coordination, and contributes to on-site operations during load-in, rehearsals, event days, and strike.

• This position plays a key role in helping the team deliver a seamless, well-organized, and excellent event.

• Coordinate assigned tasks, event planning, logistics tracking, and administrative support functions.

• Maintain planning documents, schedules, trackers, and production files.

• Assist with routing information, managing deadlines, preparing meeting notes, and supporting operational workflows across multiple workstreams.

• Support communication with key partners, vendors, exhibitors, and cross-functional teams.

• Help route information, track deliverables, coordinate approvals, and maintain accurate documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in the development of presentation materials, briefing documents, production manuals, signage grids, run-of-show updates, and post-event reporting.

• Help prepare materials for leadership, creative partners, and operational teams

This is a full-time Hybrid 8-month temp to hire contract opportunity.


Schedule: Onsite Mon-Thurs and Remote on Fri.

Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Meeting Planning, Marketing, Business, Theater, Communications, or equivalent experience.

• 1- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, production, project coordination, or related field (internships acceptable).

• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Experience supporting large-scale events, conventions, festivals, or fan experiences.

• Knowledge of production workflows, creative approvals, or logistics coordination

Pay Range: $32.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience.
