Candidates must have excellent communication skills, ability to multi task, organized, detail oriented and ability to work under pressure.

Administrative Assistant
In-House Counsel for Fred Loya Insurance is now recruiting for an OFFICE CLERK
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, ability to multi task, organized, detail oriented and ability to work under pressure.
Tasks Include
- Review and print Court’s online docket
- Search nationwide venues for court information
- Data Entry in office system
- Process files for Closing if dismissed and/or settled
- Keep case assignments organized
- Must be Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, etc)
- Knowledge of basic legal terminology a plus
- Other duties as assigned by management or as needed
- SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Office Administrative experience is preferred.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems - Outlook, Word, Excel;
- Typing speed 30 words per minute
- Professional appearance;
- Solid communication skills;
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work well under pressure;
