Role Overview:

Our Operations Analyst is responsible for identifying and driving improvements in our Supply Chain with a focus on Demand and Inventory Planning activities for our Wholesale business channel. This role plays a critical part in supporting seasonal planning processes, managing product- and size-level demand patterns, and balancing optimum inventory levels. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and experience navigating high SKU complexity, seasonal calendars, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Merchandising, and Production. This is a full-time, exempt position, reporting to our Sr. Director of Supply Chain Operations. Employees are required to work a hybrid schedule. (3) Days in office at our HQ in Carlsbad, and (2) Days Remote. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Support preseason demand planning and in-season reforecasting to ensure alignment with production and inventory strategies
• Analyze historical sales, style/color trends, seasonality, and size-specific sell-through to support demand forecasting
• Track forecast accuracy across styles, categories, and sizes; drive continuous improvement
• Build and maintain replenishment reports that highlight inventory health by style, category and size for key Digital retailers.
• Monitor size-level inventory health, adjusting buy quantities and replenishment triggers to align with changing demand patterns for key Digital retailers.
• Support wholesale partners with replenishment analysis when applicable.
• Identify slow movers, end-of-season risks, and opportunities for SKU rationalization.
• Present insights to leadership and cross-functional partners, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Assist with seasonal samples procurement
  
  
  

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
• 2-5 years’ experience in supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, or analytics—preferably in footwear, apparel or consumer goods.
  
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Aptitude to learn technical applications quickly. Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex SKU assortments, size-level data, and seasonal patterns.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production planning.
• Attention to detail and quality, rigorously checking own work for accuracy.
• Enjoys analyzing data and storytelling
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for improving and building new processes.
• Must be able to carry, lift, and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay Transparency:

REEF Lifestyle LLC complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding pay transparency. For positions located in California, the salary range for this role is $80 - $100k. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's qualifications and experience.
