About The Role

HealthFitness is looking for an Aquatic Group Fitness Instructor to join the team at our client site located in Rochester Hills, Michigan (MI).

Looking for an instructor to teach two aquatic fitness classes per week.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current aquatic group exercise instructor certification or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
  
  

Compensation: $25 - $35/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
