The Plant Manager oversees all aspects of manufacturing, safety, and maintenance. This role is responsible for personnel management and staff training, ensuring high product quality and total customer satisfaction through operational excellence.
Operational Leadership: Manage all plant operations to consistently meet or exceed budgetary goals
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet or exceed QC standards by adhering to specified SOP testing methods.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean work environment in full compliance with federal, state, and corporate environmental and safety regulations.
Facility Maintenance: Oversee facility maintenance and preventative maintenance schedules; provide technical guidance on mechanical theory to direct reports and coordinate with external vendors
Process Innovation: Implement best-in-class production processes and new technologies to drive operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Lead process improvement and problem-solving initiatives to reduce costs while enhancing product quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional Plant and Branch Managers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of production requirements.

Required Qualifications:
Five (5) years experience in a significant leadership role of more than 10 production personnel in an industrial, manufacturing environment.
Ability and desire to provide top notch leadership
Understanding of financial reports, budgetary methods and forecasting
Flexibility to maintain a Facility operating on a 24/7 schedule
High potential Operations or Production Managers ready for the next level are encouraged to apply
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
