We’re hiring both experienced CDL-A drivers and recent graduates.

Job details:

• Mileage pay: $0.43 – $0.58 CPM (based on route & experience)
• Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500+
• Top 25% average $1,800 weekly
• Average miles: 2,100–2,300 per week
• Bonuses: Up to $0.08 CPM monthly
• Orientation: $300 paid
• Home every other week (34–48 hr reset)
• Freight: 100% no-touch, 60% drop & hook
• Equipment: 2022+ automatic trucks

Recent CDL-A Graduates:

• Must be 21+ with valid CDL-A
• Minimum: 120+ hours from accredited CDL school
• Paid training in duration 4–6 weeks
• OTR training routes across the Western US
• Paid orientation & travel/hotel
• Average pay after training: $1,200–$1,500 weekly
• Freight: 100% no-touch, mostly drop & hook

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with valid CDL-A
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable TT experience
• No DUI in last 5 years (CMV)
• No major violations or DOT preventables in last 5 years
