As a Case Manager, you will serve as a critical connection between our families, clinical teams, and administrative staff—ensuring high-quality service delivery, clear communication, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the office, families, and clinical staff
- Coordinate, monitor, and track client reassessments and authorizations
- Review and monitor weekly billing trends to ensure accuracy and follow-up
- Conduct monthly care calls with families to provide support, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships
- Assist with schedule changes, staffing needs, and case-related concerns
- Proactively identify issues and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions
- Track, organize, and maintain all required client documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
To succeed in this role, you should bring both heart and hustle. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong administrative experience with proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Excellent phone etiquette, call management skills, and confidence speaking with families and staff
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and an understanding of behavioral health concepts and interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in high-pressure or sensitive situations
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
