We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ATM Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily functions of our ATM Operations department. This vital role ensures the smooth and efficient management of ATM services, supporting our credit union’s commitment to providing exceptional member experiences. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ATM operations, including cash ordering and ATM balancing
• Oversee credit union check reconciliation and ATM deposit review processes
• Review mobile deposit transactions and ensure accuracy
• Reconcile debit card settlements and address foreign adjustments related to ATM transactions
• Handle ATM disputes and coordinate resolution efforts
• Participate in an on-call rotation to monitor ATMs during nights and weekends
• Collaborate with the Assistant ATM Card Service Technology Manager to implement operational improvements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all ATM transactions and adjustments
  
  

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in ATM operations, banking, or financial services is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations outside regular business hours
• Knowledge of ATM systems, reconciliation processes, and related software is a plus
