Position Summary
As a Trainee, you will work with a Team of experienced staff to collect data, scrub data, manage the workflow progress, prepare required government filings and submit the final filing. All workflow tasks have optimal deadlines while final governmental filings have regulatory deadlines. responsible to oversee the day-to-day management and annual filing requirements of an assigned caseload of customer accounts. Our mission is to develop lasting client relationships through excellent customer service and knowledgeable, professional advice.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a business environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist employers, plan contacts and financial advisors
- Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-starter able to monitor and meet deadlines
- Ability to learn multiple software programs and navigate multiple websites
- College Degree – preferably in a finance, accounting or business related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
