What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical and recovery-focused services as part of a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program supporting individuals working to achieve an opioid-free lifestyle.
• Guide individuals through their recovery journeys, assess needs, provide individual and group therapy, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, holistic, and person-centered care.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical best practices
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy related to both mental health and substance use
• Support individuals through medication-assisted treatment, including education and engagement
• Monitor health, wellness, and daily functioning to support long-term recovery goals
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and building social support networks
• Conduct outreach to individuals as needed to support treatment engagement

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (required)
• Active license – LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC (required)
• Experience working with substance use disorders (required); OTP or MAT experience preferred
  
  

PAY: $62,504.00 - $81,255.20
