Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in accordance with established care plans
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and ambulation
• Monitor vital signs, report changes to the RN or LPN, and document patient information accurately
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including assisting with housekeeping and laundry as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements
  
  
  

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Georgia
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with maximum care and caution
