About The Role
Audible is seeking a Senior Creative, Art individual who will be a conceptual leader responsible for shaping bold, original visual ideas that drive brand impact across all channels. They partner closely with copywriters, strategists, and creative leadership to translate insights into compelling, integrated campaigns—from film and social to digital, experiential, and print. This role sets the visual standard, ensuring craft, consistency, and cultural relevance at every touchpoint. The Senior Art Director elevates team output through clear direction and feedback and confidently presents work to clients and senior stakeholders. They are hands-on in design and execution, fluent in modern tools, A.I. and platforms, and obsessive about detail. Above all, they push ideas further—challenging briefs, refining concepts, and delivering work that is both strategically sound and creatively exceptional.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Lead the visual development of big ideas across integrated campaigns
- Translate strategy and insights into clear, compelling visual concepts
- Set and maintain a high bar for craft, originality, and execution
- Push work beyond the obvious through strong conceptual thinking
- Partner closely with copywriters to develop cohesive, idea-led work
- Collaborate with strategy, production, and account teams to deliver on brief
- Present work confidently to clients and senior leadership
- Incorporate feedback without compromising the creative vision
- Oversee design and execution across digital, social, film, print, and experiential
- Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all deliverables
- Stay fluent in current tools, platforms, and emerging creative formats
- Guide production to ensure ideas are executed with excellence

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience as an Art Director within an agency
- Strong conceptual portfolio with proven award-winning work
- Experience managing small to medium-sized shoots
- Experience with social campaigns
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
