Location: Chanda Center for Health – Lakewood, CO Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

We provide integrative services like massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic care, as well as physical therapy, to improve health outcomes and reduce medical costs. Our participants include individuals with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and spina bifida.

Your Role: Clinical Support Specialist

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our participants feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during their visits. Your contributions will include:

• Assisting in any of our 10 treatment rooms.
• Providing transfer assistance (on/off treatment tables, repositioning during sessions).
• Helping with daily needs like toileting, adjusting wheelchairs, and ensuring comfort.
• Maintaining clean, ready treatment rooms (including linens and laundry).
• Supporting front desk tasks, including scheduling and updating participant records in our EHR (electronic health records) system.
• Supporting clinical operations with administrative tasks and duties, including reports to improve the experience of our participants.
• Assisting PT with functional electrical stimulation bike setup, clean up, and ongoing monitoring of participants

• You have 2+ years of experience as a CNA, healthcare technician, medical assistant, exercise tech, exercise physiologist, rehab tech.

• You’re familiar with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds safely (with or without assistance).
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the day.
• Strong communication and hands on involvement.
  
  

Work Hours

Full-time: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break).
