Director, Practice Operations at Phoebe Putney Health System

Job Summary

Responsible for the operations and management of assigned Physician practices within Phoebe Physician Group. Budget, staff development, clinic operations, people management, strategic planning, service line growth, and physician relations. This position will oversee Wound Care, Anesthesiology, Interventional Radiology, Neonatology, Pediatrics, and additional areas as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business or related field (Required)

Experience

3 or more years of leadership experience in corporate setting (healthcare preferred) (Required)

1 Or More Years Of Marketing Strategy Experience (Required)

1 or more years of acute healthcare experience (Required)

1 or more years of demonstrated experience in personnel management and conflict resolution (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives or Certified Medical Professional Executive (CMPE) (Preferred)
