As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day community operations, driving occupancy, maintaining resident satisfaction, and assisting with financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
• Support leasing efforts, resident retention, and occupancy goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, and financial reporting
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and community documentation
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of onsite team members
• Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate resident files, lease documentation, and rent roll reporting
• Conduct leasing tours and effectively present apartment homes and community amenities
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and lease conversions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and operational standards

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily property leasing experience
• Strong customer service and resident relations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Leasing, collections, or occupancy management experience
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
