We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care and staff supervision, ensuring high-quality services in compliance with policies and the guidance of the Director of Nursing (DON).

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing program graduate with current Kansas licensure
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain accurate resident records during admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, discharges, and related arrangements
• Perform medical procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection
• Collaborate with consultants and implement recommended changes
• Investigate and report complaints and grievances
• Conduct daily resident checks and report on their well-being
• Keep the DON informed on resident and staff status
