Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Killeen, TX, for an HR Analyst and Systems Administrator. The role involves managing, supporting, and optimizing human resources systems and databases, analyzing HR data and metrics, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include identifying and implementing process improvements, conducting system upgrades, and providing technical support to HR users. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align HR technology with organizational goals is a key aspect of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with HR systems, databases, and HR technology
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics interpretation
• Proven ability to identify and implement HR process improvements
