Working with Startups

• Source Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A startups for investment opportunities
• Assess startup technology and industry potential
• Mentor portfolio companies on scaling and fundraising
• Build investor networks to support startups

Working with Corporations

• Conduct market and technology research on industry trends
• Identify emerging solutions aligned with corporate partner needs
• Support demo days and mentor sessions
• Evaluate startup performance using data-driven methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years in startup environment or private finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Government, military, or defense contractor background
• Aerospace and defense industry network
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders
