Layne’s Chicken Fingers, THE Texas-born chicken finger restaurant since 1994! We’re growing fast and looking for a General Manager to lead one of our locations—or support multiple as needed.

About the Role

As a General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure top-notch food quality and customer service. You’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced culture that takes food seriously—but not ourselves.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Monitor inventory, food quality, and cleanliness
• Drive local marketing and community engagement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

Qualifications

• Must live within commuting distance of Denton, TX
• Reliable transportation required
• Availability to work nights (shifts may extend to 2:00 AM)
• Weekend availability is required
• 5+ years of fast food or drive-thru management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems
• ServSafe certification a plus
