We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Toms River, NJ.

This role offers a focus on patient care with no after-hours calls or hospital rounding, supported by a strong team and workflow designed to reduce burnout.

Position Details Include

• Full-time or part-time options with competitive salary ($220,000–$260,000)

• Flexible scheduling, including choosing your hours, with typical hours at 36 per week
• Responsibility for outpatient visits, documentation, and leading office staff
