Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness and sanitation of our facility, reporting any unusual conditions or incidents, and performing various duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
• Periodically tour the facility and grounds, examine doors, windows, and ensure proper working order
• Report any unusual conditions or malfunction of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems or any other incidents to the Maintenance Director
• Report incidents and manage communication log
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Ability to interact with residents with respect and dignity
• Ability to multitask
• Prior experience as a Porter/Housekeeper in an Assisted Living Facility is a plus
