RN Weekend Supervisor at Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a dependable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing facility.

*Responsibilities include:*

• Supervising nursing staff (LPNs and CNAs)
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality, compliant resident care
• Acting as the clinical decision-maker and communication point
• Monitoring resident conditions, supporting medication management, and infection control
• Addressing staffing and operational issues in real time
• Ensuring proper documentation and incident follow-up

*Qualifications include:*

• Current RN license in New Mexico
• Preferably prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience
• Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
