Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• We welcome new grads.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college.
• Current Physical Therapist license in California.
• We use WebPT.

We need to add several Physical Therapists to our clinics. The clinics are in Downtown, Coronado, La Jolla, UTC, and Carmel Valley.

We are looking for someone who is caring and wants to learn. A team player who is friendly, outgoing, and personable.

Your responsibilities will include patient care and a possible Director role in the future.

Our company is heavily invested in continuing education, training, and mentorship, so with your long-term commitment, we provide training for any certifications you desire. For example: DNS, IPA, Vestibular Certification, Pelvic Floor Certification, SFMA, Neurodynamics, Hyperkinetics, Stick mobility, Spinal and extremity manipulation, and more.

We have the best team of therapists! Each clinic has a family feel, and the therapists become friends with each other.

We value ongoing learning and offer countless learning opportunities for our therapists, and we pay you to learn.

We offer a notes dictation system (no more typed out notes; no more bringing notes home!), a 3D infrared analysis system, wonderful clinics and locations, state-of-the-art equipment. We treat any range of patients, from the weekend warrior to the professional athlete, and we are orthopedic experts.

We use a variety of techniques and approaches, including hands-on manual therapy, aquatic therapy, and advanced/personalized exercise to help our patients in their rehabilitation process.

Investments in advanced equipment such as 3D Infrared Analysis, vibration, percussion, Cryo, heat therapy, cupping, pneumatic vaso compression (Normatec), zero gravity massage chairs allow us to provide better and faster results in our patients.
