Five (5) years successful experience as a classroom teacher; Bachelor’s Degree; Multiple Subject (K-6) Credential, and Bilingual Cross/Cultural Specilaist Credential, or Bilingual Emphasis Credential, or Bilingual Certificate of Competence, or Language Development Specialist Certificate, or Appropriate EL Certification.

To Obtain a Copy of Your Credential: Visit the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website: https://www.ctc.ca.gov/. Click on “Search for an Educator,” then use the secured search option by entering your Social Security number and birthdate. All documents and credentials associated with your record will be listed. Select the appropriate document number, right-click, then select “Print.” Change the destination to “Save as PDF,” and save the file for submission.
