PointBank is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our operations team as a Data Processing Specialist. This specialist will play a key role in processing transactions and managing systems that keep our bank running smoothly every day. What You’ll Do

• Process ACH transactions, wires, deposits, ATM activity, overdrafts, and other daily banking transactions
• Support online and mobile banking platforms
• Work across multiple banking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with system maintenance and operational troubleshooting
• Help maintain compliance and safeguard customer information
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operations

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Banking operations or item processing experience a plus
