Education Outreach Coordinator at Crossover
Your success in this role depends on your ability to establish trust with parents quickly during initial conversations. This position suits someone who thrives on outreach work, maintains disciplined follow-up, and can articulate a new learning model with confidence—without depending on scripted language. If you tend to avoid phone-based communication or prefer positions without measurable performance standards, this role will not align with your strengths.
Novatio School operates as a virtual, tuition-free public charter institution offering students an alternative educational model. Core academics are completed during a concentrated time block with AI-enhanced learning support, while the remainder of the day is devoted to real-world skill development through project-based work and enrichment activities. You will serve as the primary connection point for families considering this educational path.
Your weekly activities will include responding promptly to incoming inquiries, shepherding families through each stage of the admissions journey, and advancing them from curiosity to completed enrollment. You will also attend local community events on behalf of Novatio School to cultivate new leads and increase visibility within your region. During periods of lower enrollment activity, you will support broader operational functions while remaining prepared for the next admissions cycle.
If you are seeking a position where your communication skills, reliability, and accountability have a direct influence on student enrollment outcomes, we encourage you to apply.

- Describing Novatio School's virtual learning structure and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language

What You Won’t Be Doing
- Allowing new leads to remain uncontacted while prioritizing administrative tasks
- Relying on scripted dialogue or functioning in a high-volume call center environment
- Attending community events as an observer without actively engaging or capturing leads
- Allocating most of your time to operational tasks during periods of high enrollment demand
