Your New Role

Are you a payroll specialist who likes being in the details and keeping things running clean behind the scenes? This Payroll Specialist role offers the chance to step into a steady, high-volume environment where accuracy, organization, and follow-through really matter.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on end-to-end payroll processing, including auditing and processing timecards, running payroll cycles, and reviewing regular audit reports to ensure everything is buttoned up. You’ll be the go-to for payroll-related questions, working closely with the operations team to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot discrepancies, and keep records accurate and up to date.

Because this is a large union workforce, a sharp eye for detail is essential. You’ll track employee union status, monitor standing and eligibility, and ensure hours and pay align with union requirements.

Day to day, you’ll balance processing with problem-solving: catching errors before they become issues, keeping documentation organized, and making sure payroll runs smoothly and on time. Strong communication skills will go a long way here, as you partner across teams and help translate questions into clear, accurate answers. If you’re someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys being a reliable point of contact for a critical function, and is looking for a fun team with excellent benefits, you’ll feel right at home.

This is a full-time, on-site position.
