SUMMARY

As a Beer Draft Service Technician at Breakthru Beverage Group, youll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional draft beer experiences to customers across bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. This position combines technical skill, customer service, and a passion for the beer industry to ensure draft systems are installed, maintained, and operating at peak performance.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently in the field while building strong relationships with customers. From troubleshooting draft systems and performing line cleanings to supporting new installations and educating clients on best practices, youll be a key partner in helping brands deliver the perfect pour every time.

• MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS** :
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with a draught beer system
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Analytic and Reporting skills
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field
• Mechanical and technical aptitude

Physical Requirements

Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach.

Frequently climb into and out of truck.
