You will oversee the entire Food & Beverage division, including restaurants, bars and lounges, banquets, in-room dining, and private bar operations. In this role, you will also be responsible for leading our Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the highest standards of quality and service, while fostering a positive, engaging environment that supports team development and employee satisfaction.

You will also drive the division’s financial performance by achieving revenue goals through strategic planning, innovation, and disciplined cost management. This includes optimizing labor and operating expenses while identifying new revenue opportunities that enhance both the guest experience and profitability. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, external suppliers, and local industry leaders to support the continued growth and positioning of the hotel’s Food & Beverage offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Provide leadership and direction for the Food & Beverage Division by developing and executing strategic plans that drive long-term growth, profitability, and brand alignment.

  • Monitor and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring standards are consistently upheld while enhancing the overall guest and employee experience.

  • Continuously evolve the division by leading innovative restaurant and bar concepts, ensuring offerings are relevant, competitive, and aligned with market trends.

  • Serve as the lead for restaurant concept development—from ideation through execution—partnering with internal and external stakeholders to bring best-in-class experiences to life.

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with celebrity chefs and external partners, including oversight of licensee agreements and brand collaborations.

  • Work closely with the Hotel Manager, Executive Chef, and Chef partners to design and implement high-quality, sustainable menus, wine programs, and signature offerings.

  • Ensure full adherence to Four Seasons service standards, culture, and brand expectations.

  • Champion employee engagement, development, and career progression within the division, building a strong internal talent pipeline.

  • Actively contribute to the Planning Committee, providing strategic input on long-term hotel initiatives and positioning the F&B division as a key driver of success.

What You Bring

  • College degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Previous Director of Food & Beverage experience preferred, with a minimum of 5–7 years in luxury hotel or resort operations—specifically within a multi-outlet Food & Beverage environment.

  • Proven financial acumen, including experience managing divisional P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and revenue-driving strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience leading or launching restaurant concepts, with strong creative and commercial instincts.

  • Experience working with celebrity chefs and managing external partnerships or licensee agreements preferred.

  • Strong operational knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, systems, and luxury service standards.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse, high-performing teams.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining strategic focus and operational excellence.

  • Strong business ethics and a demonstrated commitment to leading with integrity.

  • Hands-on leadership style with a visible presence in the operation and a focus on guest relationship building.

  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning at a divisional level.

  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in partnership with culinary and stewarding teams.

  • Ability to lead in alignment with Four Seasons Brand and Philosophy.

  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor by actively engaging with guests, recognizing returning patrons, and building relationships with new guests through personalized service and marketing efforts.

  • Partner closely with the General Manager and Planning Committee to develop and refine menus, wine lists, and amenity offerings, ensuring high-quality products are delivered at a fair and competitive price.

  • Communicate regularly with team members and department leaders to ensure operational needs are met, while participating in meetings to support alignment and collaboration across the hotel.

  • Move throughout the property during your shift, navigating restaurants, bars, lounges, and other hotel spaces to oversee operations and support both guests and team members.
