The Las Vegas Raiders and Allegiant Stadium are looking for Corporate Partnerships Activation Representatives. As a Corporate Partnerships Activation Representative, you will assist the partnerships staff in various roles on home game days to help promote and aid in the shaping of the Las Vegas Raiders and Allegiant Stadium brands throughout partner activations for the 2026 NFL season. We are seeking skilled, reliable and customer service-focused individuals to fill these part-time roles.

Essential Job Functions

• Work all Las Vegas Raiders home games for the 2026 season
• Assist with all pregame, in-game and postgame activities as it relates to partner activations
• Set up activation spaces in and around Allegiant Stadium prior to gates opening
• Oversee and operate Las Vegas Raiders activations on game days, as assigned
• Support the Corporate Partnerships Activation department in any pregame and postgame events
• Provide a high-quality customer service interaction with all partners and guests to enhance the gameday experience
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by full-time staff as responsibilities may vary from game to game
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year live events, hospitality or sports industry experience
• Must have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Exceptional work ethic, strong problem-solving ability and a passion for providing great service
• A professional demeanor, strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with fans, partners and front office staff accordingly
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines
• Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

• Walk and/or stand for extended periods of time (3+ hours consecutively)
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
