Make Ready at Richmark Properties Inc

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Make Ready Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents, completing basic work orders, maintaining pools, and ensuring the property grounds remain clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete basic maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform unit turns/make readies to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of pools
• Keep property grounds clean and well-maintained
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Make Ready Technician preferred; basic knowledge of general repair and maintenance required
• Must provide own tools for daily use
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
