Project Coordinator at Intrado

Responsibilities/Qualifications
The Project Coordinator - Level 2, is responsible for supporting and coordinating projects for Wireline and ESINet departments from low to medium complexity. The role involves overseeing schedules, maintaining documentation, managing communication among stakeholders, supporting troubleshooting if issues arise and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope. The coordinator will serve as a key resource in facilitating smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure deadlines are met
- Attend project meetings as required
- Create and track project and individual tasks on assigned projects
- Ensure projects are followed through to completion and communicate resolution results
Communication
- Act as the secondary point of contact for project stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute regular updates, reports, and presentations
- May prepare and maintain a project calendar in order to continuously monitor project timelines, daily tasks and assignments in progress
Documentation And Tracking
- Ensure project schedule is being met and changes are addressed and communicated to the project team in a timely and accurate manner
- Create and maintain project files that are well documented and efficiently organized, ensure files include documentation for each phase of the project, update project tools and tracking mechanisms with details and timely information about such projects
Collaboration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Support the Project Manager in resource allocation and workload balancing
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Compliance And Quality Assurance
- Ensure projects adhere to organizational standards, policies, and best practices
- Conduct quality checks to verify deliverables meet agreed-upon criteria
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma required
Experience
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or management roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Experience in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet)
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Must be able to be highly autonomous, taking projects and running with them
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
- Experience with 911, ESINet or Wireline preferred

The starting salary is anticipated between $18.00 and $25.00 and will be commensurate with experience.
