THE JOB

As a Spa Receptionist at MGM Grand, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. With your warm smile, approachable nature, and attention to detail, you’ll create a welcoming and seamless check-in experience that sets the tone for our guests’ visit. This is your opportunity to be part of something special where your service makes every visit unforgettable.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department

• Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff

• Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary

• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred

• Must be 18 years of age or older
