Job Summary

Action Group Staffing is seeking a dependable

2nd Shift Material Handler for a Tulsa-area client. This position is responsible for moving materials throughout the facility, supporting production operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid commitment to safety.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience required
• Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Move materials and products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Stage materials for production and ensure timely delivery to workstations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage and report discrepancies
• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
• Follow all company safety guidelines, procedures, and housekeeping standards
